2 oz Coconut Rum
1 oz Olive Us Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
4-6 oz club soda or sparkling water
3-4 sprigs of mint
In a glass muddle the mint, rum, balsamic, and lime juice. Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda. Stir to combine and garnish with mint. Sip and enjoy!
