Choose from an amazing selection of fresh, 100% naturally flavoured olive oils.  Our agrumato olive oils, also referred to as “fused”, are made with fresh picked whole fruit, herbs or vegetables which are crushed together with fresh early harvest olives using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods.

Our Infused Olive Oils are made with Certified Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil and are plant based, low-FODMAP, and naturally infused strictly from organic botanical infusions.  There are no chemicals, artificial or synthetic ingredients, dairy, gluten, or wheat used in any of our flavoured products.

Oliana is a recent cultivar and the result of crossing Arbosana and Arbequina trees.  It is delicate with a pleasing creamy mouth feel and displays notes of green almond plus lingering banana. High fruitiness scores.

Our partner producer (SAOV) in Portugal is using a high vacuum during malaxation to remove all of the oxygen in this processing stage where the oil spends the most time and is most prone to oxidation. This cutting edge and very technical method preserves the phenolic content, the overall chemistry plus the flavour characteristics while reducing other oxidation markers.

This early harvest Kalamata is sweet and fragrant with notes of rose petal, artichoke and a creamy mouth feel followed by a wallop of pepperiness consistent with high Oleocanthal content.  The combination of picking the fruit early, at an extremely low green maturity index and minimal processing has resulted in high phenol content but even more significant: extraordinarily high and healthful amounts of the antioxidant Oleocanthal (338.1 ppm) (NMR phenols* = 1,576 of which Oleocanthal is 1,022). This award winning producer has ‘crushed the crush’ again with extremely high antioxidant extra virgin olive oils and will be looking to add their accolades in this year’s healthiest olive oil competitions!

From the Barbary Coast of North Africa, the Tunisian Baklouti pepper is rare and unique to this region. This is the only example of this fruity & spicy green chili olive oil in the world. Baklouti chili olive oil is made by crushing and mixing five pounds of organic extra virgin olives with one pound of fresh whole green Baklouti chilies. Baklouti chili olive oil adds a new and surprising dimension to salsas of all stripes. Drizzle on pizza, fresh or roasted vegetables, as a marinade or in dressings. Blood Orange Agrumato (Fused) Olive Oil

As the Blood Oranges and Tunisian olives ripen, we press them together to form this beautiful (agrumato) or combination of whole, fresh citrus fruits crushed with olives. Our Whole Fruit Blood Orange is exceedingly versatile; use it on fish and seafood, chicken, fruit, salads and much more. Enjoy this blended with our Cranberry-Pear White Balsamic Vinegar for a lively, tart vinaigrette.

Cayenne Pepper Agrumato (Fused) Olive Oil – Sold Out

Made with fresh Cayenne peppers picked red and hot, crushed with fresh, certified organic early harvest Chetoui olives using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods. This fused cayenne pepper oil is hot but it’s also complex with the flavor of fresh peppers. Its lovely colour is indicative of the extreme amount of whole, fresh peppers we picked and crushed with the olives. Use as a condiment to kick up your potatoes, roasted vegetables, in marinades and dipping sauces.

Pairs well with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, Oregano White Balsamic, Serrano Honey Vinegar, Pomegranate Dark Balsamic, Honey Ginger White Balsamic and Tangerine Dark Balsamic. HOT!

Lemon Agrumato (Fused) Olive Oil

Our Eureka Lemon Agrumato (Fused) olive oil is produced by pressing whole, fresh lemons together with late harvest olives at the time of crush. Its light, refreshing flavour is just perfect to sauté shrimp or scallops or to drizzle on chicken or fish. Citrus oil is great on salads, in marinades and for baking.

Pairs amazingly with the Blueberry Dark Balsamic,  Raspberry Dark Balsamic or Jalapeno White Balsamic condimentos.

Leek Agrumato (Fused) Olive Oil – Amazing new addition!

A high concentration of fresh cut leek cold fused with early green Koroneiki olives is really the only way to preserve the full flavour of both the leek and the Koroneiki. This fused herb olive oil is robust and highly aromatic with a sweet oniony flavour and savory garlic notes. Perfect with poultry or served on a cheese board with prosciutto and bread. Spectacular drizzled over soup, sautéed vegetables and over roasted potatoes.

Harissa Infused Olive Oil

Most popular in North Africa and the Middle East, Harissa is made with chili peppers (often smoked), garlic, caraway, coriander and cumin, which are pounded into a paste and left overnight to develop its flavours. Gremolata is a traditional Italian herb condiment consisting of fresh lemon zest, minced garlic, Italian flat leaf parsley & a hint of mint.  The herbs and citrus zest are typically crushed together in a mortar to release their pungent essential oils. Try finishing your fish with this exciting flavour combination.  It is also traditionally served with osso buco, veal & other slow braised dishes to add a zip of flavour. Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil

Our California Roasted Almond Oil is expeller pressed and lightly filtered with an amazingly delicate nose and deep roasted flavour. Roasted Walnut Oil – Sold Out!

Our handcrafted, Roasted Walnut Oil is made in California strictly following 150 year-old traditional methods. Slowly roasted to perfection, then expeller-pressed and lightly filtered. It adds a rich walnut taste to salad dressing, pasta, grilled meat, fresh baked pastries and makes a great bread dip. Shake up with equal amounts of our Raspberry Dark Balsamic, Red Apple Dark Balsamic or Blackberry-Ginger Dark Balsamic for an unforgettable vinaigrette! Drizzle with Maple Balsamic on ice cream!

White Truffle Olive Oil

A connoisseur’s olive oil. If you like the flavour and aroma of White Truffle, then you’ll love this oil. Made in Italy in an artisan fashion without the use of any extracts, this olive oil is smooth, while having an unmistakable intense white truffle flavour. Makes a great finishing oil for many Mediterranean dishes, in mashed potatoes or try it drizzled on popcorn! It also makes an amazing aioli. A little goes a long way, so use sparingly!

Black Truffle Olive Oil Currently out of stock.

This late fall, early winter truffle is used in the making of this savory oil. A ‘tea method’ is utilized which steeps the ripe truffles for extended periods of time in olive oil. The closely guarded, proprietary process yields our heady, complex Black Truffle Oil. All natural.  No extracts or chemicals are used in its’ production.
