UP standard (Ultra Premium) is reserved for some of the finest extra virgin olive oils in the world. As such, the UP grade exceeds all existing European, Italian, Spanish, Greek, North American, Californian, or any other standard for the grade known as extra virgin olive oil. These oils are single estate and each has a unique crush date, chemistry profile (ie. antioxidant level), and country of origin.

To ensure the freshest extra virgin olive oils, we alternate offering early harvest oils from both the Northern and Southern hemisphere, due to their opposite growing seasons.

Choose from an amazing selection of fresh, 100% naturally flavoured extra virgin olive oils.  Our agrumato olive oils, also referred to as “fused”, are made with fresh picked whole fruit, herbs, or vegetables which are crushed together with fresh early harvest olives using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods.

Our Infused Olive Oils are made with Certified Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil and are vegan, low-FODMAP, and naturally infused strictly from organic botanical infusions.  There are no chemicals, artificial or synthetic ingredients, dairy, gluten, or wheat used in any of our flavoured products.

Premium quality oils from around the globe add a taste of the exotic. For example, our White Truffle Oil gives a heavenly finish and adds full on flavour to so many dishes! This category includes subtle, delicate and complex flavours such as roasted almond and walnut (as available). These oils typically have tremendous depth of flavour and mouth-feel. For example, our Dark Toasted  Sesame Oil from Japan is one of the most flavourful and fragrant oils in the world! This small batch California Picual was harvested from groves in Esparto California, Yolo County. Made from exceedingly green fruit, it displays bold fruity aromas despite its delicate nature as well as exemplary chemistry including the lowest possible documented FFA, a testament to the perfect condition of the fruit. The antioxidant-squalene content is also remarkably high. Notes include green banana and stone fruit.

This limited production early Kalamata displays immediate peppery sensations at the back of the throat followed by lingering spice and pungency throughout the mouth. The combination of picking green, unripe Kalamata fruit and minimal processing resulted in high phenol content and more specifically, a very high concentration of the antioxidant Oleocanthal at 445 ppm. Flavour notes include wheatgrass, malt, and green apple.

This award winning producer continues to ‘crush the crush’ with extremely high antioxidant extra virgin olive oils and will be looking to add to their accolades again at this year’s healthiest olive oil competitions!

Cayenne Pepper Agrumato (Fused) Olive Oil – Sold Out

Made with fresh Cayenne peppers picked red and hot, crushed with fresh, early harvest olives using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods. This fused cayenne pepper oil is hot but it’s also complex with the flavor of fresh peppers. Its lovely colour is indicative of the extreme amount of whole, fresh peppers we picked and crushed with the olives. Harissa Infused Olive Oil

This North African blend of spices and hot peppers forms a delicious and spicy olive oil with a mild smokiness and whole lot of flavour going on!

The flavor of olive wood smoke is close to that of oak wood smoke. In Andalusia, Spain, olive wood is commonly used for grilling fish, poultry, meats and vegetables.

This late fall, early winter truffle is used in the making of this savory oil. A ‘tea method’ is utilized which steeps the ripe truffles for extended periods of time in olive oil. The closely guarded, proprietary process yields our heady, complex Black Truffle Oil. All natural.  No extracts or chemicals are used in its’ production.
