Choose from an amazing selection of fresh, 100% naturally flavoured olive oils.  Our agrumato olive oils, also referred to as “fused”, are made with fresh picked whole fruit, herbs or vegetables which are crushed together with fresh early harvest olives using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods.

Our Infused Olive Oils are made with Certified Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil and are plant based and naturally infused strictly from organic botanical infusions.  There are no chemicals, artificial, synthetic ingredients, dairy, or wheat used in any of our flavoured products.

This is an exquisite delicate Portuguese Chiquitita.  This uncommon variety is a cross between the classic Spanish Picual and Arbequina varieties.  It is sweet, mild, and creamy, with beautiful almond notes.  There is no bitterness and a delightful fruity finish. This variety is sure to please the palate!

Biancolilla is a native cultivar to Sicily.  This Biancolilla has pleasant malty and artichoke notes.  It is creamy and savory with low bitterness and delicate peppery finish.

Fragrant, malty & creamy with notes of dried herbs and pine.  This is an extremely early harvest example from Greece, harvested in early November.  This variety matures slowly and is typically collected in late December through January.

This is our highest phenol olive oil for the 2019 Harvest! This extraordinarily Robust, high phenol Organic Chetoui displays notes of fresh cut grass and has a creamy artichoke heart center. It has a beautiful and romantic grassy aroma. It is low in bitterness with a ton of pungency and a pleasant peppery finish.

Baklouti Green Chili Agrumato (Fused) Olive Oil

From the Barbary Coast of North Africa, the Tunisian Baklouti pepper is rare and unique to this region. This is the only example of this fruity & spicy green chili olive oil in the world. Baklouti chili olive oil is made by crushing and mixing five pounds of organic extra virgin olives with one pound of fresh whole green Baklouti chilies. Baklouti chili olive oil adds a new and surprising dimension to salsas of all stripes. Drizzle on pizza, fresh or roasted vegetables, as a marinade or in dressings. A truly unique artisan product that has hundreds of applications. HOT!

Blood Orange Agrumato (Fused) Olive Oil

As the Blood Oranges and Tunisian olives ripen, we press them together to form this beautiful (agrumato) or combination of whole, fresh citrus fruits crushed with olives. Our Whole Fruit Blood Orange is exceedingly versatile; use it on fish and seafood, chicken, fruit, salads and much more. Enjoy this blended with our Cranberry-Pear White Balsamic Vinegar for a lively, tart vinaigrette.

Cayenne Pepper Agrumato (Fused) Olive Oil – Coming again soon!

Made with fresh Cayenne peppers picked red and hot, crushed with fresh, certified organic early harvest Chetoui olives using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods. This fused cayenne pepper oil is hot but it’s also complex with the flavor of fresh peppers. Its lovely colour is indicative of the extreme amount of whole, fresh peppers we picked and crushed with the olives. Use as a condiment to kick up your potatoes, roasted vegetables, in marinades and dipping sauces.

Pairs well with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, Oregano White Balsamic, Serrano Honey Vinegar, Pomegranate Dark Balsamic, Honey Ginger White Balsamic and Tangerine Dark Balsamic. HOT!

Lemon Agrumato (Fused) Olive Oil

Our Eureka Lemon Agrumato (Fused) olive oil is produced by pressing whole, fresh lemons together with late harvest olives at the time of crush. Its light, refreshing flavour is just perfect to sauté shrimp or scallops or to drizzle on chicken or fish. Citrus oil is great on salads, in marinades and for baking.

Pairs amazingly with the Blueberry Dark Balsamic,  Raspberry Dark Balsamic or Jalapeno White Balsamic condimentos.

Eureka Green Limonato Agrumato (Fused) Olive Oil – Sold Out

Our Fused, early harvest, Tunisian green lemon (Eureka Green Limonato) was made by crushing very green certified organic Chemlali olives with young green Eureka Lemons.  The result is an incredibly complex, pungent fusion.  By picking certain Eureka lemons at the precise moment for maximum lemon aroma and flavour, we were able to achieve this powerfully fragrant oil. Remember, while none of our oils are filtered, our line of Agrumato (fused) oils will have a higher percentage of particulate due to the fact that we are crushing fresh olives with fresh produce!

Super concentrated and all natural, it is the only example of its kind in the world. A little bit goes a long way! We are extremely proud as we’ve never created an Agrumato citrus oil like this.

Wild Rosemary Agrumato (Fused) Olive Oil

Made with fresh wild Rosemary crushed with fresh, certified organic early harvest Chetoui olives using 100% mechanical cold extraction methods. This fused herb olive oil embodies the heart and soul or rosemary.  It is both complex and aromatic.  Use anywhere rosemary might be used.  Amazing with poultry, pork or lamb.  Spectacular drizzled over sautéed vegetables.  Mind-blowing with roasted potatoes.

All Natural ‘Butter’ Olive Oil (Dairy Free and Plant Based)

Made with Certified Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil, this creamy, dreamy olive oil is plant based, naturally infused, dairy free, and heart healthy! It gets its rich, decadent flavor of butter strictly from organic botanical infusions! Use this buttery olive oil as a butter substitute in baking, sautéing, roasting or anywhere you might use a liquid fat or melted butter. Our Garlic Olive Oil actually gives off the flavour of pungent, fresh garlic. Most popular in North Africa and the Middle East, Harissa is made with chili peppers (often smoked), garlic, caraway, coriander and cumin, which are pounded into a paste and left overnight to develop its flavours. Gremolata is a traditional Italian herb condiment consisting of fresh lemon zest, minced garlic, Italian flat leaf parsley & a hint of mint.  The herbs and citrus zest are typically crushed together in a mortar to release their pungent essential oils. Try finishing your fish with this exciting flavour combination.  It is also traditionally served with osso buco, veal & other slow braised dishes to add a zip of flavour. Our handcrafted, Roasted Walnut Oil is made in California strictly following 150 year-old traditional methods. Slowly roasted to perfection, then expeller-pressed and lightly filtered. It adds a rich walnut taste to salad dressing, pasta, grilled meat, fresh baked pastries and makes a great bread dip. White Truffle Olive Oil

A connoisseur’s olive oil. If you like the flavour and aroma of White Truffle, then you’ll love this oil. Made in Italy in an artisan fashion without the use of any extracts, this olive oil is smooth, while having an unmistakable intense white truffle flavour. Makes a great finishing oil for many Mediterranean dishes, in mashed potatoes or try it drizzled on popcorn! It also makes an amazing aioli. A little goes a long way, so use sparingly!

Black Truffle Olive Oil Currently out of stock.

This late fall, early winter truffle is used in the making of this savory oil. A ‘tea method’ is utilized which steeps the ripe truffles for extended periods of time in olive oil. The closely guarded, proprietary process yields our heady, complex Black Truffle Oil. All natural.  No extracts or chemicals are used in its’ production.
