Salads are beautiful things!! Not only can they be delicious, appealing and healthy… they can also be incredibly versatile. Salad making offers an endless ability to create wonderful meals or side dishes with just a little creativity and a few ingredients! Have fun!
-4 C. arugula or mixed greens
-Handful fresh cherries, pitted
-Handful fresh raspberries or berry of choice
-Handful roasted almonds, roughly chopped
-1/3 C. Plain goat cheese (balled and rolled in sesame seeds- optional)
Olive Us Creamy Basil Pomegranate Dressing:
1/4 C. plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp Olive Us Basil Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Us Pomegranate Quince White Balsamic
1/2 tsp Olive Us Pacific Blue Sea Salt
1/4 tsp dried basil or 1 Tbsp fresh basil, minced
Combine ingredients in a bowl and whisk together thoroughly
Toss salad greens with dressing and serve immediately. Enjoy!
