Dirty Devil Martini

Ingredients:

1 garlic clove
2½ oz premium vodka or gin
½ oz Olive Brine (or more if you like it dirtier)
¼ oz dry vermouth (optional)
2–3 dashes of hot sauce
Ice
2 Gordal Olives Stuffed w/ Garlic (garnish) – available at Olive Us

Instructions:

While you chill your glass, remove one clove from an olive and muddle in the bottom of your sharker. Combine vodka (or gin), olive brine, vermouth (if using), and hot sauce.

Add ice and shake vigorously for a colder, cloudier martini or stir for smoother texture.

Strain the drink into your chilled glass, skewer 2 olives and place it in the glass.

Pro Tip:

Serve with a small dish of olives on the side so you can snack while you sip.
