4 (5oz) salmon filets
Marinade:
1/4 cup Olive Us Olive Oil (i.e. – Persian Lime, single varietal EVOO, etc)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Olive Us Honey Ginger White Balsamic
2 tbsp Olive Us Dark Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed or finely chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1-2 tsp fresh grated ginger
4 green onions, thinly sliced
In medium bowl, whisk together marinade ingredients. In Ziploc bag or large bowl, add salmon filets to the marinade mix and marinate 30 minutes – 3 hours.
Honey Ginger Glaze:
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Olive Us Honey Ginger White Balsamic
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp Olive Us Dark Toasted Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp Olive Us Baklouti Chili Olive Oil or Sriracha (to taste)
1/4 – 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp sesame seeds
In small bowl, whisk together glaze ingredients and set aside.
Cooking Directions:
When ready to cook, preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line large baking sheet with foil or brush with olive oil. Place marinated salmon filets and marinade onto the baking dish. Bake 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately with a drizzle of the glaze.
