Sara’s Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mmmm…buttery chocolate chip cookies made with Olive Us Butter infused olive oil!  Our Butter Olive Oil is non-dairy, all natural (vegan in fact!) and a delicious alternative to butter!


2/3 cup Olive Us Butter olive oil

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup honey

2 eggs

2 Tablespoons hot water


Mix well, then combine dry ingredients and  add to above:

2 2/3 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt.


Mix, then add 1 cup chocolate chips


Drop by spoonful onto baking sheet.

Bake at 375° for 8 minutes
