Mandarin Orange & Fennel Salad

A colourful salad that’s as delicious to eat as it is to admire!!


Lettuce, washed and torn into large bite sized pieces

Red onion, diced

Mandarin orange (or other orange), cut into small pieces

Red onion, chopped or thinly sliced

Slivered almonds

Fresh fennel, chopped fine


2 Tablespoons Olive Us Blood Orange or Mandarin Fused Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons Olive Us Pomegranate-Quince White Balsamic

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Freshly cracked pepper & sea salt

Shake dressing ingredients in a small jar or container with tight sealing lid.

Prepare salad in a bowl, drizzle over the dressing and toss gently.  Serve and enjoy!
