This is an easy one to adjust the amount of slaw that you make and some of the ingredients that you use; then make as much dressing as you need!
Dressing is 1/3 each Olive Us Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic, Olive Us Blood Orange Agrumato (fused) olive oil and Olive Us varietal extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). Toss apple slices in the oil first to prevent browning, then add dried cranberries. Mix dressing. While cranberries are soaking up some of the dressing, slice 1/4 cabbage into thin strips. Toss cabbage with apples and dressing, then add toasted nuts.
