Fresh Mango Salsa

Fresh salsa is quick to make and lends itself to spur of the moment adaptations!  Make it the way you like it!  Fantastic for dipping or to dress up a meal!!

Ingredients:

2 – 3 mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped

1 – 2 garlic cloves, crushed

1 small red onion (or more to taste), diced

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1/4 C fresh cilantro, chopped (optional; or to taste)

1 Tablespoon jalapeño pepper (or to taste), stemmed, seeded, finely diced (soak in 1 Tablespoon lime juice to cut the heat, if desired)
1 Tbsp. Olive Us Mango White  Balsamic

1 Tbsp. Olive Us Jalapeno White Balsamic

1 Tbsp. Olive Us Persian Lime Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Olive Us Baklouti Green Chili Fused Olive Oil

1/2 lime, juiced (optional)
1/4 teaspoon Olive Us Lime Fresco Sea Salt  (or to taste)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together well.  Allow to sit for a few minutes to meld the flavors.

Serve with chips or as a condiment.
