Another delicious variation of our Olive Us Hummus that’ll keep you coming back for more!!
1 can chickpeas, drained
1/2 C. Artichoke Red Pepper Bruschetta (available at Olive Us)
2 Tbsp Olive Us Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic (or Oregano, or Neapolitan Herb)
1 Tbsp Olive Us Dark Toasted Sesame Oil
1/3 C. Olive Us Garlic Olive Oil (or Milanese Gremolata, Lemon, or Tuscan Herb)
2 – 3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp Olive Us Garlic Sea Salt (or Lemon Twist, Garlic Scape, or Rosemary)
1/2 tsp cumin
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth or until desired consistency is reached. Top with leftover Artichoke Red Pepper Bruschetta. Serve with sliced veggies, pita chips, or crackers, or use as a spread on sandwiches, paninis, or wraps!
