A comforting and hearty salad that goes well with any meal and is super quick to make!
In a large bowl, toss together:
- 4C greens of choice
- ½ avocado, sliced or diced
- 4-5 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 3-4 radishes, sliced (optional)
- Handful of seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame etc.)
- 1/4C goat cheese, crumbled
