Warm and comforting, pop this dish in the oven at the end of a long day or serve it at a lunch with friends alongside a glass of red wine.
- ½ lb Pesto Cavatappi pasta (or another short cut pasta—find it at Olive Us!)
- 1 1/2C Marinara sauce
- 1/2C pesto (find our recipe here, find 2 kinds in-store at Olive Us, or on our online store!)
- 2 Tbsp Olive Us Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic (or Traditional Balsamic)
- 1/2C grated parmesan
- 1/2C bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp flat leaf parsley, minced (optional)
Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil and add 1 tsp of salt. Add the pasta and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until al dente. Drain the pasta and add it back to the pot. Stir in marinara sauce, pesto, and balsamic. Transfer to a baking dish and top with parmesan, bread crumbs, and parsley. Broil for about 2 minutes or until browned and crisp. Serve immediately and enjoy!
