Cavatappi Pasta with Mushrooms, Spinach & Crème Fraiche

Make this quick and delish dinner tonight!  Tastes so good, you’ll wonder how it’s so easy to make!
Cook the pasta according to the directions and drain.  Shown here is Pappardelle’s Pesto Cavatappi pasta (available at Olive Us Oil & Vinegar Tasting Room).  Sauté mushrooms in Olive Us Garlic olive oil and add to cooked pasta. Briefly sauté fresh spinach leaves in Olive Us Garlic olive oil and add to the pasta as well.  Toss in a healthy dollop of crème fraiche and gently stir together.  Finish with Garlic Scape sea salt (also available at Olive Us!) and freshly grated or shaved parm!
If desired, add cut cooked chicken to make a full meal!  Service with a tossed salad and enjoy!
